I did ask for a signed message through PM but i rested from his Trust rating without checking his Trust page (that was my big mistake, not checking a...page) and i didn't ask it as a necessity.
As I've said, amateur move. If you had checked whether something was reset, and not asked for a signed message if it wasn't, then it would be *okay*. This one was really obvious.Let me know if is it something that i can do and help in any way.

The owner of the hacked account should prove that he really got hacked i saw it so many times that someone pull out a big scam and then just claim he got hacked to get his trust rating removed!
No. I know Jon, and he does not have to prove anything. He would not scam for a measly ~$500. Maybe the hacked user will pay you back.
