Cryptopia should do the upgrade as it was the only one exchange:

i think here, there are some problems...
My Cryptopia tokens are unusable
My MIST ETB tokens are unusable...
i follow this tutorial to convert https://docs.google.com/document/d/1H_d_3zWeUpb-uHqnsOq16BGSuvUHzbWghIWA_OR9Rs0/edit
but at the end, a transaction id was generated but never broadcasted to blockchain.
Last tentative generate this txId 0xbd814b81ff36b4677c08b219c4b80b7325d0f1d6111ccb2ee543f2f3371f1839
i hope devs will work ASAP to fix this issues....
