I guess if everything works out perfectly bitcoin can indeed archive that amount of value by 2030. But there are many influancial factors which we don't know will corespond with the value of BTC and cryptocurrency. There hasn't been a major financial crisis since 2008 and no bigger war for a long time just to name two. But I strongly belive that bitcoin multiplied it's value many time by the year 2030.
