today i woke up and see some friends tehy contact me for my account, i try to login and see that the password also the email was changed last night.
I dont know how they get my Login Details, but they change it and im locked out from my own account now...
If its possible, please freeze my account in first.
What can i do now or what is the process for something like this ?

I am sure if you can't prove your identity with a signed message I assume you could do it with the service you offer the engraving
