Why is delay not good/unsafe? It's perfectly reasonable to have to wait, as long as it's by choice as it helps with privacy quite a bit. It's way easier to track if they see that you sent 0.1BTC to what they think is a mixer, than than see a tx to another address that is 0.1BTC - the mixer fee right after the tx confirmed. It would be reasonable to assume that those 2 addresses are linked.

www.starcasinobitcoin.com/mixer seems quite unsafe and I have never heard of it. I would take your mixing business somewhere else.
