I expect https://liqui.io/ to list Monaco, they list new tokens on their exchange. They got big volumes on new tokens. So I guess we can expect a total of 3 exchanges at the moment. Although, it is safe to wait till the team makes an official announcement.
I am very happy if they are in Liqui, but if 3 exchanges that will be in one of them Bittrex and Poloniex for MONACO, in order to have many Investors who play in every exchange ..


Poloniex is taking like forever to add any new tokens. So I don't expect Monaco to get easily listed into POLO. There is a good chance to get listed into Bittrex. Provided the Monaco team is ready to pay about 3 to 4BTC as listing fees. Bittrex is good enough for a pump  Wink if everything goes as per plan.
