so to clearify this: i only have to send my TIME to another ETH address i own after block 3920000 to receive EVO at block 3950000 right? will this then happen automatically?

that's right. then you will have to prove that you own that new address where your TIME is by signing a message and emailing it to me.
there is no maximum. you will get 100 EVO for each 1 TIME you have.
