Instead developer can contact them motivating their request. and then explain the situation.
The 6 leading zeros of the transaction number tell us that it was not mined by notary node. It most likely was mined by one of the pools.
They distribute the mining block reward to all the pool members. I think it would be difficult to arrange it to be returned.
