I think our focus should not be on getting PASL on new exchanges, because short-term profters, and pump'n'dump traders would benefit the most from it. We should reward long-term investing and mining. Mining profitability is main price-driving factor for almost all alt-coins.

So, development, stability and mining awareness will make them want us on their exchange.
