Es geht um eine Einzahlung von mir. Diese wurde on hold gestellt am 19.06. und ich habe mit dem Support geklärt das diese freigegeben werden soll aber seid Tagen kommt keine Antwort mehr von Support

Also das kann doch nicht sein. Es wurde bestätigt und es geht um auch keine kleine Summe.

Hello together,

since the 19.06.17 my Deposit on kraken.com with the Deposit QCCMCTF-HY3QRI-EM7USN is "ON Hold".

I have opened the ticket with the ticket number:390862

The support told me (Maggie) that she has give everything to the payment team and i would can see on my trading page...


But till today nothing is done and i get no answer since 2-3 days to my mails. There is no Hotline or something like that, that i can call and ask the status.


Can someone help me ?
