A claim? I doubt it.
If you divide the people with religion then yes God may have told something like that in all of the religion. But God has also given us brains and the ability to make your own decisions. So even if God tells me, I'll use my brain and won't be killing anyone. Homosexuality is right or wrong that is another debate but killing someone for anything is a wrong thing to do.
