When already feeling the discomfort with the game, the long red happens .. should be able to predict the gains and detailed calculations i guess. Some people too much too long to play until finally even suffered a very severe loss. Use strong feeling and leave the games when more lost, trying at next time.

That's right, lost couple of times in a row - leave. Don't try to recover or you'll end up like most gamblers who try to recover their losses the same day - you'll lose much more than at first.

Same goes for when you win, otherwise your winning day might turn to losing day eventually.

Exactly, sometimes the signs are written plain on the wall but we are hard hearted and don't repent from playing but we go ahead until we've lost  everything that we came with. So it's better to leave when you have a series of losses-about 3 or 4 losses i a row is enough for me to resign.

Yeah, it's easy to say, but in fact I wish I could always follow my own rules. Sometimes I can't resist from betting more and more and the scariest part is that sometimes I win in such cases. If I was always losing that would be easy, to stop I mean.
It's all about self-discipline, you cannot make your own strategy and make stuff up so that your mind and body will behave the way that you do and know that you are making it better, you are the best version of yourself if you stop, won't that be fun?

This is one of the best motivations I've ever seen, I wish more gambling addicts could see that. Indeed this is an intriguing challenge whether you have the ability to stop.

So you are always winning? Because you said if you always lose right, that's somehow an excellent gift if that's true.

No, I'm not always winning, I'm mostly losing, I said sometimes I win in such cases, and if there were no winning cases it would be much easier to stop. But if it's not an easy challenge then it is even more intriguing. )
