wait a minute?? please explain to me why in the world would you put into ICO a exchange where you will be earning from transaction fees like all other exchanges?  what is the reason for an ICO?
you are trying to launch a service where your lucrative aspects will render you a considerable income. and on top of that you want to have a ICO? this makes no reason to me other then trying to grab some cash and run!
