I have now been waiting 24 hours and counting and my Bitcoin has yet to be sent from their gateway. This is crazy
I have the same problem I'm very worried the gateway took my bitcoin because in my transaction ID it does not even show what btc address I sent the bitcoin to it just shows the waves gateway recipient address as the receiver and I have no knowledge of where my btc is. It's been 12 hrs and it's no where not even pending to any of the addresses I sent it to. this is not a very good experience for me at all using this platform for the first time
Yeah I also just started using the platform. I contacted support and was told it would be resolved within 24 hours. Needless to say that hasn't happened, and I'm now being told " just wait" " if need to wait longer, then you need to wait"
