"Due to legal requirements, U.S participants are not allowed. IP addresses from the U.S will be blocked and we cannot allow any confirmed US persons to participate in the crowdsale."
Thanks Tinus. Yeah, I saw that. I'm just wondering what they have in mind (if anything) beyond blocking US IP addresses. If one were to use a proxy or a VPN he could easily get around that restriction. I'm wondering if anyone is aware of anything else that Santiment might be doing to verify the identity of its investors, like restricting access to tokens until residency outside of the US can be verified, for example.
