I have now been waiting 24 hours and counting and my Bitcoin has yet to be sent from their gateway. This is crazy

I have the same problem I'm very worried the gateway took my bitcoin because in my transaction ID it does not even show what btc address I sent the bitcoin to it just shows the waves gateway recipient address as the receiver and I have no knowledge of where my btc is. It's been 12 hrs and it's no where not even pending to any of the addresses I sent it to. this is not a very good experience for me at all using this platform for the first time

The problem is I submitted a withdraw an My btc went to the gateway but I haven't received any of my bitcoin it's gone. I don't know if the gateway has it or if I send it somewhere else or if it was hacked

I would not jump to the conclusion that your BTC is lost. The gateway has been slow for some and can often take 24 hours or more like you've been told. But it's been used successfully by hundreds to thousands of people. They don't have a reputation for stealing funds from anyone. It would not be in anyone's best interest for them to do that, especially their own. Keep waiting and working with the support team. I know it can be a little frustrating and even unsettling. But you shouldn't be worried that the gateway has any intent to steal anything from you or anyone else. They have a very established track record and stealing isn't a part of it.
