UPDATE: Latest Soil command-line client v1.6.6

• updated to latest go-ethereum code version
• Fast sync should be more reliable with magnetic disks
• A transaction pool inconsistency regarding tracking of pending transactions is resolved
• ethclient: TransactionByHash now actually returns pending = false for mined transactions
