I think there is no hotel available that accepting bitcoin because it is not that popular currency and most of the hotels doesn't even understand what is bitcoin and how it works so the possibility for accepting bitcoin is not that high yet and it will take time to be able to see a hotel that accepting bitcoin on their business.
I think if hotel get paid in bitcoins, they will have opportunities to accumulate it and have more profit in the future.
