I don't think so until the developer can bring the real product for us that can be used for our real life to make it easier and that will make me believe if civic will become a good ico. There is not a product by over 95% ico until this time.
Civic already has a real product, that can be used in day to day life, i think they will add more features to it also and push it to mainstream like walmart, amazon, home depot etc etc
