I really would like to know in what period where you in the crowd at the exchange, working for which company and trading in what stocks? I did some research and so far nobody from the crowd remembers or knows you.

10% of each paid premium is collected and send to DCORP, the percentage is adjustable through a shareholders vote (it's described in detail in the whitepaper). The fee is high, and market forces will have to determine the actual fee once the platform is live.
