Surrogacy is getting more and more difficult nowadays. Recently surrogacy was outlawed for foreigners in India. Many other third world nations are also following this example. Right now it is legal only in a select few countries, such as Georgia and Ukraine.

Well surrogacy is an interesting topic. Third world countries are probably banning it because they feel their people are being exploited. But then again, if a woman wants to bear child for someone else, that's her decision. Assuming the woman is not loaded with harmful substances, it's a mutually beneficial agreement. The woman get the money she need to start her way out of poverty, and the couple get to start their own family.
