Right. They should be working as hard as possible to get this resolved and be understanding that this has effects on people. Instead support is rude and unwilling to give any explanation. At what point does it become unacceptable? After waiting 3 days? 1 week?
I'm sure they are all relaxing and laughing reading these comments while they drink their coffee and sit on their hands
