so, for the smart one here, if i put 1000000 gas amount i would be in for sure ? and 100Gwei ?

i dont undertand why on their wallet some transaction are still going hrought and mine god rejected

It's called GWEI, you didn't use enough GWEI so your transaction was not prioritized. As simple as that, next ico use parity wallet and use more than enough GWEI, just imagine a lot of people was using 50GWEI as well, so most probable if you used 70 GWEI (more than average) you would have been prioritized.
