When do you start payouts ?
Not 100% sure. First we have to end the ICO which is looking like next Tues/Wed.
The rest of the week we'll be working on verification and then start payouts around July 4.
We would probably be doing you all a favor if we held back on payouts for awhile but I'm sure most of you want to get this done asap.

Why ico is buy and sale on c-cex?
It was more of a pre-ICO to get us started. A proper ICO would have been 6 months away and cost you 3-5 times more per coin.
This is actually much better for investors than us. Now you are the only ones with coins for sale (at 1/10 of the intended supply) as we start our main marketing campaign.
