Definitely, everyone can use bitcoin even ordinary citizens as long they acquired proper knowledge on how to use it. Even they have limited knowledge about technology they can easily use bitcoin with proper guidance. Thus, many people here in my country can easily adopt the use of technology even bitcoin too.
Im an ordinary person and i am using it. Everyone is free to use bitcoins. We all want to have a money and we all want to earn money so bitcoin is free to everyone . So we must use it in a good ways.
