Just a quick update... to be honest, I am surprised to by the lack of response or update on what is going on...

Still no contact from anyone at dutyfree.io and emails to hello@dutyfree.io are not being replied to.

Still missing one carton from last delivery which I paid for tracked shipping which guarantees delivery.

Seems to me that they are still responding in other forums and even http://bazaarbay.org/@gotcigarettes shows they were active 2 hours ago but won't reply to me or show up on this forum.

So, if my advice means anything... I wouldn't trust this site as of today.
