who said that we won't wait for them for god's sake, what i said was: if Jack is ready to distrubute,what i think is that it would be better if he do this :

1-distribute to who sent his address.
2-wait for the specified delay for the left two users.
this will make it better for everyone who sent his address, and remains the same for the other two guys.
