Never heard about bestchanger and shapeshift.io and i think you scam your transaction id is not not recognize in blockchain.
Not good idea if you are just searching in google if you want to exchange your altcoin to bitcoin always go here in forum to ask to give you a good path if you want to exchange safe.. or much better to use a well known trading site like poloniex..
Or you can try the changer.com i use their service for perfect money to bitcoin and i think LTC to BTC can be also available they have many option to choose and they are giving small rate..

If they are still not replying you better to make a scam accusation about this site so that other people know about this site and can send this to scam list in any review websites online..
