I think people really need these banks! They need places where they can take their money and be calm. It's will give higher level of trust 
But bitcoin wallets, web and desktop wallets are already considered as a bank. And banks are not going to consider bitcoin as a depositing power because its market is volatile and its price is changing from time to time. They are operating for the money and they dont want to lose with that move.
