I don't think MTGox does direct payments to paypal.
Funny thing is, I don't have any of the accounts listed on their withdrawal page. I submitted a request asking why PayPal isn't an option.
Hopefully they'll add it as a feature, because I really don't feel like opening a bank account.-EDIT-Found in their forums.

Well, you want to withdraw it so this doesn't apply to you. I think you can do gox to bitinstant to paypal.
