The fact that they are such a small team and are therefore "super busy" is nothing but their owns fault! But yeah sure, just join the shitshow and state without any justification that this is to be understood by everyone! Oh and then even if you are a small team and can not process the few transactions you have within 24hours, maybe at least then you shouldn't brag about processing every transaction within 24 hours. Maybe then people wouldn't have these "high" expectations...
