This is a key foundational question to the approach of the bounty program, and I like your suggestion a lot. One one hand, I don't want the campaigners to feel like any kind of bait and switch has been done, on the other I understand that those participating also want to see the coins in the hands of buyers as well. I've been leaning against changing it, but I've been keeping an open mind about what the community would like to see as well. It's an interesting dilemma that I didn't foresee with the bounty program at all. So I haven't decided yet, but I'd say I'm 80% against changing it right now.
