You can't but you could serve the time being mentioned on the message (if there's a certain time, otherwise it's a permanent ban) prior to posting again (except in meta section, regarding your ban).I'm still waiting for the email from banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com to get the reason
. Really sad. You won't get a response from there so nobody can help you if you don't tell us the name of the account but like 99% of the why was I perma banned? threads in meta I'm guessing it was for copying and pasting.
