LMAO, they say that hackers took control of their "server" yet they still have access to their e-mail? Where is the server located? Unplug the damn thing if it actually got hacked (which it didnt)
You are right. They should unplug the server and avoid new people getting into the trap. They should start refunding offline.
But in this case it look like they are actually interested in getting more investment.
