As far as I am aware yes and there is a Chinese exchange somewhere too that is pretty big.

Yobit exchange is like the silver to them since they have a heap of altcoins that not many other exchanges cater for.

Watching the scene has placed Nova exchange in a growing position with them offering a lot of similar currencies for votes whilst the others are held back with paid to list, no voting or low total exchange volume.
