Yeah but the thing is, that you are a trust abuser and no one will trust your feedback.
Also you claim him to be a scammer, but you have provided no proof of it.
Provide a real proof of scam, or do not blame anyone for it.
He might be acting inappropriate, but that does not still make him a scammer.
