I sent my BTCs from polo on the first hour of ICO. Polo didn't release it(was awaiting approval for some reason) until today when I believe the ICO was finished. I can now see polo approved my withdrawal and can see tokens allocated in primalbase dashboard (per 4BTC calculation . I was unfortunate a bit but wanted to confirm - If I see tokens in my dashboard, does that mean its definitely allocated? Thanks.
