Testing new feature:
To lower the threshold every 3 hours the faucet will be paused for 1 hour. In 24 hours, the faucet will be paused for 6 hours.
Payout will perform even if faucet is paused.
I would like to suggest that the data of "Donations for devs" be stored at somewhere else rather than inside of the list of top 150 so that one more slot could be available.
