My first impression that design is outdated and can be improved, background image is weird and doesn't fit in my opinion.
Frankly it is a matter of taste, I don't dislake this their background image. I think it is better than most backgrounds on other sites.
For now I would wait and see what their bitcointalk promo would be. If it is something nice and worth my time I would probably take a shot.
In the interim I would check the site and read Terms of Service. BTW name is awfully similar to CoinRoyale, even yellow designs of the name is similar IMO.
