I have been waiting for Bitcoin to reach $3000 so that I can sell my Bitcoins, but seems as if it doesn't want to reach that value anytime soon. SHould I sell with the current amount? 
My Lord, what a pessimist! In the case if you don't know bitcoin had price 3000$ already and that was three weeks ago. And it's ridiculous that you think that bitcoin never come again to such price. Everything is saying that we will see a new bigger raise in a month after SegWit. I recommend to you to follow the bitcoin's price more often to not skip your "dream point" in it's price again
