It is a great coin and a great technology but the price rose way to quickly. Because of this there are some pretty big bag holders that are still trying to sell off their coins to take profit.  After the pump newcomers tried to buy in but it the price was just on a constant decline.  The coin just got the most attention during this decline which is why many people warn to stay away. If you like the coin go for it, i believe now is a good time to buy.  However, I still think people overpreach this coin as it only has a couple features on DASH (yes i know it also doesnt have a premine) but I feel like Litecoin is to Bitcoin as PIVX is to Dash. Sure the tech is better but itll have a hell of a time getting out of the parent coin's shadow
