Click on [Tycho]'s name in his posts. Then click "Send this member a personal message". Should get through ok. Or you could try sending a PM to DeepBit.

I already tried that, the PM still goes to the wrong Tycho. The DeepBit user was last active in January.

The DeepBit "user" isn't a specific person.  Sometimes it's [Tycho] sometimes it's one of the other admins.  So that would be a good one to PM in light of the problems with [Tycho]'s account.  However I have never had trouble reaching him through that account.
