Hi guys, can I get some help setting up the wallet?

I successfully set up the wallet on one machine a few weeks back with a little bit of help from this forum. And then I was able to get my factoids out of poloniex and into the wallet successfully.

I backed up my seed and my wallet file and have put them in a safe place.

Now I want to make sure I can successfully install the wallet on another machine in case my current one dies and have attempted to do so.

Of course, I never plan to try to run the wallet on two different machines simultaneously. I understand that's not a supported function of hot wallets.

Here is what I have found when attempting to install the wallet on a new machine. I downloaded the blockchain and put it in the usual location as specified by the installation instructions. Also, I have replaced the address in the custom factomd location with factomd-live.cloudapp.net:8088. Strangely, this address does not remain when closing and reopening the wallet. When i close and reopen the wallet, the default courtesy address comes back and factomd-live.cloudapp.net:8088 no longer appears in the field. i thought that was a sign of a problem.

The wallet interface opens no problem and attempts to synchronize most recent transactions as normal.

The wallet synchronization remains at 0% and under the first message in the main window which states the wallet needs to synchronize the latest transactions before balances will be available, I get a second message that says "must wait one block and try again".

I've tried waiting several hours with the machine running to see if any progress is made, but it never happens. The main window just remains with 0% wallet synchronization with the message in red stating "must wait one block and try again".

can someone please help? I want to confirm that I am able to successfully install the wallet on a new machine and confirm that I can access my factoids so that I may then uninstall the wallet from all of my machines and keep my seed and wallet backup file in secure storage rather than having the wallet available to be opened on any of my machines. I plan to simply HODL my factoids for several months if not years.
