Add conf file on your App data
on your desktop/Laptop Keyborad press Windows button+R  => Run dialogue box will open => Type this command %appdata% (http://prntscr.com/fp9oxe ) => hit enter

find the bitcoin planet folder - open it then make conf file
Right click =>new => text document
then paste this add nodes on that text pad

relaunch the wallet & check whether it is getting sync or not
