I am trying to buy something, but the app keeps telling me that i have insufficient fees.
i am trying to buy something that is 0.012288BTC($28), and my app tells me that the fees(super economy around 4 hours wait time) are 0.000969BTC($2.18)
so the total should be 0.013257BTC.

the thing i dont understand is, i have 0.01653BTC($37) so it should be enough to pay.

Does anyone know if i am doing something wrong or is my fee more than 10 dollars.
The money comes from 10 transactions total.
