I believe that any funds' transactions sent after the end of the crowdsale will be refunded. So, no, they will not buy NVOTs, and they didn't participate in the crowdsale meaning they will not make everyone's number of NVOTs less.

I am happy to be part of the NVO Project!
I used Counterwallet to send BTC to the Crowdsale! All good.
Now i have a question (never used Counterwallet before), do i need to take any further actions to receive the NVOTs?
Or will they be send to my Wallet and and appear as NVOT?

When they start distributing NVOTs, they will provide a procedure for investors to follow. Also it is mentioned in the announcement thread that an NVO address import might be required on the investors-side (investors will be required to import NVO address into the counterparty wallet).
But this is only necessary if you want to use "early access" in counterparty wallet isnt't it?! If I want to wait for the NVO wallet I don't have to do anything to receive the tokens or am I wrong?
