I had moved them to the blockchain wallet before so I can sell immediately if the price crash. I only have the recovery phrase but I understand now that the site has to be running in order to do a recovery if necessary!
As long you have a backup of wallet or seed, you can recover your bitcoins even if their site goes down.
So I moved them now back to my Elecrum wallet. I guess better safe than sorry!

If you have moved bitcoins, then is alright. But if you have moved private keys from/to Blockchain.info wallet, I recommend you to create a new address in Electrum and send all your funds to it.
