Because we know many bitcoin also used in deepweb
First of all the deep web and the dark net are not the same, you are talking about the dark net and second lets be honest, crime has been part of the human race since the beginning so even if the dark net was eliminated something will emerge in its place, similar to what happened to silk road, after it was closed down, lots of other markets emerged to fill the void.

I never access deepweb but i think Bitcoin and deepweb are Inseparable.

And bitcoin and darknet (not deepweb) are not so inseparable.
Just how darknet thrived without bitcoin and bitcoin does now without darknet they can go and live their lives without each other.
For me if deepweb is gone I think it cannot affect the bitcoin because deepweb is just a market or a trading site of some legal or illegal trade is going-on and the bitcoin it is still on its holder or earner, they just switch or find another trading site to used there bitcoin so no worry about it.
You're going to be surprised how much more than just a market the deepweb is.
