btw, if i got the message, basically if we have at least submitted once in either of the two giveaway threads, we still can participate to gain the 20 suggestions needed for the next 1 PAQ, correct? And we can still earn an additional PAQs from doing the new format for suggestions right?

Your understanding needs clarification, bud.
Any user who has submitted at least once in either of the two giveaway threads will be allowed to continue earning PAQs by submitting in the other thread only - NOT THIS ONE. They'll be able to submit 10 YouTube channels (NOT 20) per post to earn 1 PAQ (again, NOT 20 YouTube channels). All the YouTube channels submitted must be by a creator who embraces any cryptocurrency regardless the flavor, just as we've been doing.
- All submissions must not have been previous submitted.
- Adhering to an easy strict listing format is required as follows:
