The footballcoin team has not mentioned any date yet on when XFC coin will be listed on any exchanges but we can e,pect it to be on big and major exchanges like bittrex. That's their aim since day one to ensure that the coin will be traded in it's max potential value. I will update this thread once I've heard something from them.
They are planning on exchanging XFC coin to BTC with a value that will not drop 1350 satoshi which is already a nice value to profit from their ICO price of 1200 satoshi per XFC coin.
